BISCUITS

Hello!

I'm going to give you the recipe of my favourite biscuits. I'm sure you will like them as much as you liked the ones I made for you. Leave me your comments if you dare make them. Be brave!!!

Mix sugar + 1 cup of melted butter + 3/4 cup of water and add the dry mix and stir until the batter is fully moist. Add oats and chocolate or raisings and stir.

DRY MIX: 3 cups of flour, 2 cups of oats, 2 eggs, 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of dark chocolate.

Add 1 tea spoon of baking powder (levadura Royal), 1 teaspoon of soda, 1 tea spoon of salt.

BAKE IN THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES AT 210º.
